Ultrasound confirmed Left supraspinatus tendon partial tear (7mm × 3mm (approx. 30% tendon thickness defect)). Following plication suture, tendon continuity was restored and the patient returned to normal activities.

Pre-procedure ultrasound confirmed Left supraspinatus tendon partial tear with echo discontinuity and tendon defect in the left supraspinatus tendon (7mm × 3mm (approx. 30% tendon thickness defect)). Post-procedure ultrasound showed the tear site filled with regenerative tissue, tendon continuity restored, and echo pattern normalized.

This patient presented with persistent shoulder pain. Detailed ultrasound examination confirmed Left supraspinatus tendon partial tear (defect: 7mm × 3mm (approx. 30% tendon thickness defect)). Non-surgical plication suture was performed under ultrasound guidance. After the procedure, the patient wore a brace for approximately 4–6 weeks, followed by a staged rehabilitation program. Follow-up ultrasound confirmed restoration of tendon continuity and structural stabilization, and the patient successfully returned to daily activities.
